Visiting from NYC and this is THE restaurant in Caen, France. We were eager to try the Boeuf Bourguignon, however with our 9pm arrival, it was sold out. We still enjoyed the Cidre, Boeuf au Pouive, Filet Lieu and Brioche.

Nous sommes désolés que le Bœuf Bourguignon ait été déjà vendu à votre arrivée, mais ravis que vous ayez pu apprécier le Cidre, le Bœuf au Poivre, le Filet de Lieu et la Brioche. Brilliant small-plate terrasse with delicious food and excellent cocktails – absolutely recommended for any time of day. The place is gorgeous. We really wish we could have gone a few more times.

Ce qu'on attend d'un Bouillon. De la bonne cuisine française pour un bon rapport prix. Il peut y avoir un peu de monde donc n'hésitez pas à venir tôt.

We spent 4 days as a couple, without children, at the beginning of July and we had the opportunity to have lunch once (great value for money), to have a coffee on the morning of the Tour de France stage (despite the palpable hustle and bustle in the city, the boss was happy to see us again and was super enthusiastic about this day) and to have dinner on the evening of the stage (a great atmosphere after an exhausting day for all the staff). We will definitely be back! Belgian friends (Remcooooo).

Une excellente découverte ! Le service était chaleureux et attentionné du début à la fin merci à Adrien pour sa bonne humeur ✌️ Les plats étaient non seulement délicieux, mais aussi très bien présentés on sent que les produits sont frais et de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le pavé de saumon et la brioche perdue un vrai régal ! 🥰 Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Superbe expérience au bouillon Saint Martin ! Nous étions un groupe de 8, et tout le monde a su trouver son bonheur sur la carte. Les plats étaient très bon et en quantité suffisante pour se faire plaisir avec entrée-plats-desserts sans sortir ballonné ! L’équipe a été très agréable et bienveillante. Nous avons apprécié et reviendrons au bouillon !

A superb experience at Bouillon Saint Martin! We were a group of eight, and everyone found something they liked on the menu. The dishes were very good and in sufficient quantities to indulge in starters, main courses, and desserts without leaving feeling bloated! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Malgré une affluence hors norme lors de ce millénaire nous avons dine avec plaisir chez Catherine. Bonne chance à Theo qui faisait sa journée d essai.. Il a été au mieux de la situation. Beaucoup de tact et de gentillesse malgré le monde qui ne cessait d affluer. Merci à tous.
